The path to join an elite vendor community
Since 2016, we have been thinking beyond geographical borders to bring passionate engineers, designers, product owners, thinkers and innovators together to create amazing experiences and digital products that have a profound impact on users all around the world.
In doing this, we always strived to be transparent about our business and operations, giving our allies the trust and expertise they need to embark with us on the wonderful but challenging journey of building digital products that produce results.
We have long thought about how we can reduce the quality uncertainty and asymmetric information for current and future allies. Having gone through the independent verification process at Pangea, we can now do just that with our verified Pangea profile.
To shed some light on the verification process, we started with an organisational mapping where we deep-dived on topics such as business strategy, culture, technology, recruitment & HR, project metrics and more. This formed the foundation of our company.
In the second part, we gained insights from our team members to measure team health. To verify the client experience at Agilno, 5 of our clients contributed with their insights. Additionally, we documented core internal processes that will be accessible to any prospective ally of Agilno with one click through our data room at Pangea.
Going through a rigorous verification process taught us a lot about our own company. We detected blindspots and identified strengths we were unaware of. More than joining an elite community, it allowed us to sync on topics that we were unable to prioritize in the day-to-day hustle and buzz that will improve our internal efficiency and alignment.
Key findings and learnings
What we found the most interesting was the team health metrics as it was the sentiment shared by our team members. Our team health score is 8.2/10.0 where our highest scores were 8.9/10.0 for satisfaction and 8.5 for feedback and recognition.
As a company that always strives to be better, we were thrilled to see that our team is satisfied at Agilno and that the bond and rapport between the coworkers are strong. However, we also saw that we could do better in areas of advocacy and personal growth.
On that note, we will focus on improving access to personal development, mentorship opportunities, format for knowledge sharing internally, the frequency of 1-on-1, the way we recognize great work and more.

While this is a testament to our team and the hard work and dedication we show our clients, we know we can do better and we are always striving to go for it.
Over the last five years, we have focused on building up a rockstar product development teams and our current focus is on scaling. We started by building cross functional teams that can handle anything from project discovery phase to the launch of the product.
Continuous improvement and excellence
Being part of the elite 7% of vendors is a great milestone enabling full transparency for any prospect about the status quo, but only the beginning of a continuous journey. Therefore, we anticipate investing further into employee development, technology and processes to provide the best version of ourselves our team and clients.
